Justin Gear
Justin Gear's journey into the world of martial arts, began several years ago when he started studying Kenpo Karate under Sensi Mike Foley Sr. Since then Justin has become a dedicated student/instructor with a passion for all martial arts. Justin is currently working towards a black belt in Kenpo Karate, and currently holds the rank of blue belt in Gracie Jui-jitsu under professor Pedro Sauer. He is a techniqually minded instructor, with a strong emphasis on personal self defense. Justin works hard to motivate others and strongly supports and believes in the physical and spiritual benefits of martial arts training. He is really coming into his own as one of the newest memebers of the Foley Family!
Justin has extensive first aid training, and is a certified Level 1 coach and Level 1 offical , under CASK (Council of Amateur Sport Kickboxing).
With the guidence of the foley family Justin has become a well rounded Martial Artist.
Bryan Gleeson
Bryan is a long time student under Mike Foley Senior and the Newest instructor at Foley's Martial Arts Spaniards Bay.
Bryan holds a Black Belt in Kenpo Karate and is currently training in Gracie Jiu Jitsu under sensei Daniel Foley.
Bryan loves continues to improves his skills and encourages all of his students to do their best.
Frank Merrigan
Frank Merrigan has been a student of Sensei MIke Foley Senior for over 25 years. Frank holds a rank of 4th degree black belt in Kenpo Karate and trains in Gracie Jiu Jitsu under sensei Daniel Foley.
FRank is a very techinical instructor who is very dedicated to Martial Arts. Franks teaches our Adult Kenpo Karate program a few nights a week.
