Kickboxing
Kickboxing is one of the fastest growing programs we have. This unique program promotes high levels of fitness through vigorous training that can be accomplished by anyone at any age and experience level. It is based around the same kicking, footwork and movement principles as karate but is mixed with punching and head movements from boxing.
Anybody at any level can join in on our kickboxing class. It promotes cardiovascular fitness through aerobic activity as well as improving flexibility and total body musculature through anaerobic training. Kickboxing gives an action-packed workout that has no comparison! You cant help but get in shape and tone up with this fast paced program.
Our classes focus on proper technique and conditioning so you could fight competitively or just defend yourself in a bad situation.
