Junior Gracie Jiu Jitsu
Our Junior Jiu Jitsu program concentrates on the different aspect of a Bullying situation and how to defend you if ever bullied. We use Gracie Jiu Jitsu to instill confidence and the ability to not only defend you but to also prevent the situation in which bullying may take place. This program is done with the use of games and simple techniques to make learning fun and friendly.
Our Junior Jiu Jitsu is based on Pedro Sauer Gracie Jiu Jitsu curriculum and includes their BullyProof program. Participants in the program will become memebers of the Pedro Sauer Gracie Jiu Jitsu Association.
This program can also be done in pairing with the Gracie Jiu JItsu program as a Family Jiu Jitsu.
